ADG Staircase advantage

It can be mounted in the scaffolding structure, or act as an independent staircase tower.

New Raw Material

The scaffolding supporting structure are all made of low carbon alloy steel structural, which have higher rigidity than those traditional common carbon steel, with 1/3 weight reduced, twice times of erection efficiency and great labor-saving.

Hot-dip Galvanization

All the scaffolding supporting system for the event system are anticorrosive by hot dip galvanization, which expands components’ life time and  guarantees the security.

High Quality Accessories

All stirrups and clamps of the ADG scaffolding supporting system are made of T510L steel plate and formed by  impact extrusion. The wedge key is made of 45# steel plate and formed by forging and thermal refining. So can  realize high rigidity and improve tenacity. By solving the two main problems, the loading capacity can be guaranteed.

Self-locking connection

ADG self-lock modular scaffolding is composed of Ledge, Standard and Diagonal Brace to form the stable 3-Dimension structure. The connection  way of ADG series scaffolding is as bellows:

The U-Stirrup which  welded on Standard connected   with the C-Clamp  which welded on the end of  the ledger , the  Wedge Key  was inserted through the certain slots to hold U-stirrup and C-clamp  together; U Stirrup on  the Standard is locked together with Diagonal Brace by a Lock Bolt and  a wedge Key on the end of diagonal brace.; Multi directions for the connection position.
